The items in this display case are a mix of store-bought and handmade. The pink-frosted cupcakes, chocolate-filled pastries, chocolate-swirl cheesecake, and kiwi-topped cheesecake were some of my earliest childhood attempts at working with polymer clay. All the rest were gifts.
The plain-looking cookies on the tiered plates were another early polymer clay experiment. The pastries on the cake stands were gifts. The cakes on the wall shelf were originally Christmas tree ornaments.
