This shop will have shelves wrapping around three of its walls. Before tackling the shelves on either side of the counter, I decided to build the ones on the left and right walls first. I used 1/2″ bass wood for all the shelving, with 1/32″ balsa for the backing. (The backing extends below the bottom shelf because there will eventually be a base underneath.)
These are the shelves for the left wall.
On the opposite side, the shelves will only cover half the length of the wall, so as to leave room for the door to fully open.
